MegaIndex provides web automation infrastructure, including Browser API access, traffic-based usage, and related tools for working with public web data and automated browser workflows.

MegaIndex is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risks, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

MegaIndex may offer a free plan with limited usage.

The free plan is intended for testing, evaluation, and initial integration. Free plan limits, availability, and included features may change at any time.

We may restrict or remove free plan access if we detect abuse, excessive usage, fraud, or activity that violates these Terms.

MegaIndex does not currently offer recurring subscriptions. Users purchase traffic on a prepaid, usage-based basis.

Traffic is billed based on the amount of traffic purchased or used, measured in gigabytes.

Prices, included traffic volume, limits, and available plans are shown on the pricing page or inside the user dashboard.

After successful payment, the purchased traffic balance is added to the user account automatically. The user can then use the service until the purchased traffic is consumed or the account is otherwise restricted under these Terms.

Prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, payment provider fees, or currency conversion fees unless stated otherwise.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, refunded, or charged back, we may suspend the account until the issue is resolved.

Refunds may be issued if the service does not meet the user’s needs.

Refunds are available only for the unused traffic balance. Used traffic is non-refundable.

Refunds are calculated based on the remaining unused traffic balance in the user account.

We may refuse a refund request if we detect abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, chargeback abuse, or attempts to misuse the service.

We may use account activity, traffic usage records, system logs, IP addresses, and payment records to verify service usage and refund eligibility.

MegaIndex provides digital access only.

After successful payment, access to the purchased traffic, Browser API usage, credits, or related service features is delivered through the user account dashboard.

No physical goods are shipped, and no physical delivery is required.

You agree not to use MegaIndex for:

• illegal activity;
• fraud, phishing, spam, or malware distribution;
• unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or private data;
• credential attacks, account takeover, or credential stuffing;
• attacks, scanning, exploitation, or security abuse;
• unlawful collection or processing of personal data;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• activity that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform rules;
• activity that may harm MegaIndex infrastructure, users, partners, or third parties.

You may not use MegaIndex to access private areas, bypass authentication, perform unlawful automation, or violate third-party rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You are responsible for how you configure and use MegaIndex in your workflows.

You must ensure that your use of automation, browser sessions, traffic, and API access complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

MegaIndex does not control third-party websites and does not guarantee that any third-party website will remain accessible, compatible, or available for automated workflows.

MegaIndex does not guarantee that any specific website, platform, workflow, or automation scenario will work continuously or without interruption.

We aim to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, updates, security reasons, payment provider issues, or events outside our control.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for:

• your account activity;
• your use of purchased traffic;
• your automation workflows;
• compliance with applicable laws;
• compliance with third-party rules and terms;
• the legality of the data, URLs, requests, and instructions processed through the service.

You must not use MegaIndex in a way that causes harm to third parties or creates legal, security, or operational risks.

MegaIndex, including its website, software, interface, documentation, branding, and related materials, belongs to ALTWEB WLL or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute MegaIndex materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTWEB WLL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, service interruption, or third-party claims.

MegaIndex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all websites, or suitable for every user workflow.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your activity creates legal, security, payment, or operational risks;
• payment is disputed, reversed, refunded, or fraudulent;
• we detect abuse, excessive load, or misuse of the service;
• we are required to do so by law, a regulator, or a payment provider.

You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bahrain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
